Apple Hack Issue
Hello,
Over the past 8 months, I’ve been having issues with my Mac, iPad, and iPhone to where links will be broken, access to services will be altered to where I log in or access accounts, along with applications for jobs and other products will be automatically denied and I will get an email from a super long iCloud address that mimics the original company. I have gone to the Apple Store every week from the beginning of December in 2021 up to the beginning of April of 2022 trying to get this situation handled but they would give different responses.
Every time, they would reset the os, originally with the Recovery OS install, until I noticed the log file was canceling the install from Apple servers and installing it from an outside server and installed ISISos. After showing a tech genius, they just said I was ‘overanalyzing’ and ignored the install redirect. Then, I began asking them to install the os VIA Apple configurator. Instead of having it install via the internet, they would always use a pre-downloaded ISO file that was super buggy but was ‘up-to-date.’ One time, the genius started using the internet download and at 95%, another genius gabbed the computer, canceled the download, to use the preferred pre-installed OS.
This os was always buggy and I know that it was hacked because it would always come on after you turned on the computer for the first time and a robotic voice would come over and say “To use Voiceover, please press *place key*” The voice was none of the Siri voices and only happened on the the hacked OS.
I ended up getting a new Mac and got a boot copy from the fresh os to use because it never asked for that prompt for voice over at start-up. Along with the voice-over, the install drive i made would not completely run my device into standstill with no apps installed.
(Note: The first Mac was a 2021 M1 13” Base MacBook Pro. The second was a 2022 MacBook Pro 16” 512GB . Both of which having to get ride of due to the circumstances this hack has caused)
I have various GBs of files, screenshots, and screen recordings of these occurrences, but Apple Geniuses refused to look saying that it was not there speciality, and said they would have hardware engineers contact me, but they would never reach out.
(Eventually, my phone ended up blocking all incoming calls which prevent me from getting any jobs or contact friends or family. This however is tied to something else occurring along side this hack.)
I have attached some screenshots I have grabbed and started researching that have been tied to various hacked Apple account forums I’ve seen that have been shut down due to no response from the poster after the initial post.
Although I’m not sure what to expect, this hack has completely isolated me and has been linked to espionage kits that I can’t find a way around. Any antivirus would cause the computer to lock up and Malwarebytes never detected anything
(note: use Norton and McAfee which locked up the computer requiring a reinstall of the os. I also use Kasperky in November which I believe the Espionage wars came from known as ‘CloudOS2’)
