L2TP over IPSec not working with Monterey when adding VPN in network

After creating a new VPN network with L2TP of IPSec it never connects. I have verified all the VPN login credentials and the shared secret but it never connects. I have Monterey on my Macbook Air.

I know the settings are right because after installing parallel desktop and adding a windows 11 enterprise VM and setting up a VPN connection there, it connects in Windows. It doesn't work on the Mac OS side.

Anyone have any solutions or know what the cause is.

The VPN developer is responsible for making their product work with Apple's OS, not the other way around. Contact the VPN's developer and ask for their help.
