My right button won’t lock my phone

Hello,

1) Press and release the volume up button

2) Press and release the volume down button

3) Press and hold the right side button until you see the Apple logo

Also see this:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

Use the side, Home, and other buttons on your iPhone - Apple Support

If a button or switch isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
