How should I create my Apple ID in my phone

You can only create a few apple ids on each iPhone. If you simply want to make a new account, set the new account up elsewhere.

If you want to use this iPhone with your Apple ID, and you're getting this message, you're out of luck. iPhones can, in their lifespan, only be registered to 3 Apple ID s

To insert your sim: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support

If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID. 

Create a new ID (if necessary)on another Apple device/computer and sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on another Apple device/computer. You should then be able to sign in.

If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message.  *
