Hyper Drive Viper 10 into 2 hub has stopped working after updating to 12.5.1

Hi, has anyone found that their Hyper Drive Viper 10 into 2 hub has stopped working after updating to 12.5.1? The HDMI port still works to drive an additional screen but the USB ports don't work and nor does the power feature i.e. the MacBook won't charge via the Hub. When I plug the USB devices and the power directly into the MacBook Air they still work fine indicating the issue is with the hub. Hyper Drive have said other users are reporting the same issue although it's not clear whether the Apple Update is at fault or their hub software.

NB Issue is not with the MacBook Pro listed below by the way.
