The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

my iphone 7 plus is on 15.5 and i backup it now want to restore on iphone xr which is on ios 15.0

You should update the XR to 15.5 first otherwise it is not going to work
