This communication is created in regards to not being able to recharge a game with apple account balance. The account is a Japanese account and currently it has 3000 yen in balance, however I just cannot complete my purchase. Thank you for your attention.

If you get a message -> Your purchase could not be completed, you need to update your payment method or add a new one.
Then set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
I have just added a new credit card to payment method, and I think Apple account balance is automatically set as default payment. However I still cannot complete the purchase in my game :(
Any other suggestions please?
