I’ve been through all the this with apple . I had an android , my beats never stayed paired with android . I put them in time out ! I purchased an IPhone 13 few weeks ago. In hopes to getting to use my beats. I would like to resolve this matter asap . It’s been over a year trying to get this matter redolved
I have sent them off to be fixed twice by apple. I got same result . Would not stay paired with android . Thought the iPhone would pair . So now your saying take them in again. Wow this is amazing
I am to the point that it’s the beats. I would like to talk to a supervisor
