Can’t buy from in game shop

I am no longer able to buy any items on any game since last iOS 15.6.1 update. I keep getting this prompt messages “error 0-0-2-1–301)” or go to www.Apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/.

Brings me back to menus after choosing an area. Downloaded the support app, contacted from there, let’s see if it works
