Color keeps flipping to grayscale
I have checked the Zoom filter. My phone has done this 3 times today. I know how to fix it with the color filter, but it’s like it doesn’t hold permanently. Very annoying! Can anyone help, please

Try going to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings. you will have to personalize the device again but it should resolve the issue.
