I had my front camera fixed but it still won’t let me use my Face ID is there a way I can reset that

Was the camera "fixed" at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop?

If yes, take the camera back for more service.

If the repairs were not done by Apple or an authorized Apple Servicer, ask for a refund and take the phone into an Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop to see if repairs are possible.
