Can’t connect to MSI laptop windows 11 , ACTION TAKEN- uninstall and reinstall ITUNES, update drivers, use different cable, connect to other laptop (it works to other laptop), update windows, please note, i have iphone xr working properly to laptop

Having already updated iTunes - and verified that your iPhone appears to connect as expected - try using a different USB port of your computer. This will very often trigger a driver-reload - and resolve a connection problem for a specific device.
