I backup my iPhone 11 pro 18 days back with the free 21 days iCloud backup,now i need the additional 21 days iCloud ,I sold the phone,new phone is not come yet,& currently using an iPad,how can I claim the additional 21 days iCloud backup,please help
How much time you have to restore your temporary backup
You have 21 days to restore your temporary backup to your new iPhone or iPad before your temporary iCloud storage expires and your backup is permanently deleted.
Do not erase your current iPhone or iPad until you restore your temporary backup to your new device.
If your new iPhone or iPad doesn’t arrive within 21 days, you can get an additional 21 days to restore your temporary backup before it’s deleted. On your current iPhone or iPad, open Settings and tap Keep My Backup Longer.
To request additional time to restore your temporary backup before it's deleted, contact Apple Support.

It’s 17/18 days,it wii take more 10/12 days to arrive my new phone,I can’t find the open Settings and tap Keep My Backup Longer. Option in my current apple device,which is a ipad,i need the extra 21 days iCloud backup,but could not found from where to apply for the additional iCloud backup
