Can’t download News app

I have no content restrictions on my phone yet still keep getting notice that restriction settings are preventing me from being able to DL the News app. Any ideas? Thanks

Apple News Restrictions I have got the apple one subscription and it has synced between devices. On my iPhone I cannot open the news app nor find it in the App Library. I have to spotlight search to find it and then I get an error saying restrictions are being applied. I have checked and there are no restrictions turned on. I have restarted the phone, turned restrictions on and off again, but still no success. Please assist.

apple news app disappeared from my iphone 13, can't get if from app store as it shows 'open' but when I try to open it it says turn off restrictions, which are already off apple news app disappeared from the screen of my iPhone 13, tried to reload from App Store, it shows 'open' but when I tried to open it I saw the message to turn off restrictions, went to settings and restrictions are turned off. This is sending me in a circle which has to escape from.
