Iphone 13 pro max silent switch not straight

I realised that the silent swith is, although very minimal, is not completely straight. While the top part is normal, the bottom part is very slightly to the left. Does anyone have else have this problem? I bought it three days ago and it doesn’t interfere with the usage whatsoever so maybe it’s normal. Thoughts?

iPhone 13 Pro Max Mute/Silent Switch Hi, is it normal for an iPhone 13 Pro Max to have loose mute switch? It's not to the point that it'll switch to silent mode, but it's keep making clicking noise whenever i ran my finger on top of it. Thank you in advance.

Personally, as I never actually look at my silent switch, I wouldn't worry about it. But you are not me. If you bought the phone from Apple, you have 14 days to return it. If it bothers you, you should avail yourself of that option.
