I submitted a refund request on 17th of July. Within a day it showed that it was refunded. But I still haven’t received my amount. I gave it time since it was an international transaction but even that shouldn’t have taken this long. Who do I contact for this?

Thanks. I read this but I still don’t understand. Should I contact my bank? I don’t think they’ll be of any help with this situation…
I keep circling around to the same report a problem page where it just shows refunded.
