Beeping noise on MacBook and won’t turn on

I plugged in my MacBook and immediately seen a light blue blinking light with beeping noise ecery 5 seconds or so. It won’t turn on . I tried holding down power button 10 seconds then shift control and option for 10 seconds and now the fan is continuously running and beeping is still there but no flakshing blue light. Mac still won’t turn on. Please help
