new old /internal drive not recognized

I have a 2012 MacBook Air. it won't turn on showing the message "support. apple.com /mac/startup "

I recently replaced the old 128G hard drive with a new 256G hard drive.

I have everything including backup on an external hard drive. When I boot from the external drive in recovery mode the new internal drive does not show up in the disk utility.

I powered it off and booted it back the same way and the hard drive showed up but could not be partitioned. And now every time I boot my mac up the new internal drive doesn't show up. What should I do next?

that 2d SSD drive shows the same error

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4
