recovery mode and DFU do not work

I have a problem when I restore or even update my iPhone via itunes, so at the beginning it seems to work, but after a while loading between 10-15% percentage it turns off and won't turn on anymore and I don't know the voice of the voice 2009. Does anyone have such experience and what am I dreaming to give thanks

Settings > Touch/Face ID & Passcode > USB Accessories > [Enable]
