I have a 15inch Mid 2012 version MAC on the 10.13.16 MacOS High Sierra. I need MacOS 10.15 for Microsoft downloads

I'm attempting to upgrade my software to 10.15 MacOS so I can utilize Microsoft OneDrive and use my airpod pros on my cpu.

You can get macOS 10.15.7 Catalina from this page. Be aware Catalina and above runs 64bit apps only.
