I can't get past the password stage. Does not accept my current Apple ID p/w, nor any one of several others I have tried. How may I get around this ?

Hey BobinSisters,

We can share the links for steps to follow for resetting the password. We'll share articles for resetting both your Apple ID and the MacBook Pro login password since we are not completely clear which one is needed.

If you follow the directions in the appropriate article above, you should be able to reset your password.
