Ending a call on an Apple Watch hands-free

Hi. My 95-year-old mom is almost blind and uses her apple watch to make calls using Siri. Is there any way she can end a call without touching the watch, or can she use the digital crown to end the call? She can't see the face of the watch.

Iphone ringing If I have on my Apple Watch and my iphone is nearby, my iphone does not ring. I may get a tap on my arm from my watch, but that doesn't help, as I don't know what the tap if for. I missed two calls today, when I was sitting at my desk with my watch on and phone on the desk. Is there a setting on the watch that I can change? I have already checked the phone. Thank you
