Hi Willowick3,

Can you tell us the complete error you are receiving so we can narrow it down to see what it is referring to?

If you are having an issue with your cellular signal or it shows no service or searching for the signal, then let's complete the steps below to resolve the issue. Those steps can also be found here: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you're on AT&T's 3G network
AT&T is phasing out their 3G network. If you see No Service in the status bar of your device and you have an iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, or earlier or an iPad 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular or earlier, contact your carrier to discuss your options. If you have an iPhone 6 or later or an iPad (3rd generation) or later, follow these steps:
1. Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
2. Go to Settings > Cellular. Then:
•For iPhone, tap Cellular Data Options, then turn on Enable LTE.
•For iPad, turn on LTE.
If you still see No Service after following these steps, contact your carrier.
iPhone and iPad devices that support 5G networks are not affected by the phasing out of 3G networks.

Restart your iPhone or iPad
Restart your device. If you're not sure how to do this, follow these steps to restart your iPhone or restart your iPad.

Check for a Carrier Settings update
To manually check for and install a carrier settings update:
1. Make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
2. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
3. To see the version of carrier settings on your device, tap Settings > General > About and look next to Carrier.
If you insert a new SIM card into your iPhone or iPad, you need to download the carrier settings for your new carrier.

Take out the SIM card
After removing the SIM card, put it back in.
•If the SIM card is damaged, or doesn't fit in the SIM tray, ask your carrier for a new SIM card.
•If you transferred your SIM card from another device, ask your carrier if your SIM card works with your iPhone or iPad.

Reset your Network Settings
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Update your iPhone or iPad
Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.

If you are experiencing an issue with your Wi-Fi connection, then the steps here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support that are also listed below will help resolve the issue.

1. Make sure that your router is on and you're within range
If you're too far from your Wi-Fi router, you can't get a signal, so make sure that you're within range.

2. Make sure that Wi-Fi is on and you can see your network
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and make sure that Wi-Fi is on. Tap the name of your Wi-Fi network to join. A blue checkmark beside a network name means that you're connected.
If you see Auto Join Disabled under your Wi-Fi network name, tap it turn on Auto-Join.
An iPhone on the Settings > Wi-Fi screen. There's a blue a checkmark next to the Wi-Fi network's name.
3. If asked, enter your Wi-Fi password
If asked, enter the password for your Wi-Fi network. Get help if you don't know your password.
Even if you enter the correct password, you might see an "unable to join the network" message or an "incorrect password" message. Restart all of your devices, then try to enter your password again.

4. Check for issues with your Wi-Fi network
If iOS or iPadOS detects an issue with your Wi-Fi connection, you might see a Wi-Fi recommendation under the name of the Wi-Fi network that you're connected to. For example, you might see the alert "No Internet Connection." To get more information, tap the Wi-Fi network.
An iPhone on the Settings > Wi-Fi screen. Is says "No Internet Connection" under the Wi-Fi network's name.
5. Check your cables and connections
If you still can't connect to your network or get online, make sure that your router is connected to the modem and turned on.

6. Restart
Try restarting your iOS or iPadOS device. Here's how to restart your iPhoneiPad, or iPod touch.
Then restart your router, and cable or DSL modem. To restart your router or modem, unplug it, then plug it back in.
After you restart each device, see if you fixed the issue.

Still can't connect?
Reset your Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
An iPhone on the Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset screen. Reset Network Settings is selected.

Best regards
