No one here can connect you to Apple billing. We're just users like you.
However, Apple make it easy to see what charges have been applied to your account. Head to https://apple.com/bill where you can view purchases, subscriptions, etc., along with instructions on how to cancel subscriptions or other charges.
This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple Support directly here, just other users like yourself volunteering their time to help other users with issues with Apple devices or services. There is no billing department here.
