I would like to update to OS11 to run the programs I need.
I"m using OS 10.12 and would like to update to OS 11 to run the programs in need. How would I find a update please ?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and if your Mac model is recent enough, then on the download link for Big Sur.
Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
