Old Locked Email Apple ID

Hello, I need help with my apple Id. I had an old email for a middle school I went to, and me being a kid decided to use my school email for an apple ID. I got an apple watch for Christmas in 2017 and logged it into this account. I now have a new apple ID for my phone and want to switch this new one to my apple watch as well. Problem is that my email has been deleted and there is no way to log back into it. Not only that but I put the wrong birthday in for my security questions. I know the password to the account but I try to use it and it says that my email has been locked, and i need to be on my email to unlock it. Is there a way to fully restart an apple watch without it asking for my old apple id? I deleted it off my device and factory reset it but nothing worked. Please Help!!!

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.

Request additional support for unlocking your device. -

You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.
