Since I moved to iPhone13 from Android a few months ago, I have not had visual voicemail. All I have is the horrific "dial voicemail" option and have to listen to painfully long prompts to go through voicemails one by one. Anyone know how to get visual voicemail on iphone using Xfinity mobile?

That seems to be a somewhat common problem with Xfinity customers who have switched to an iPhone from an Android.
