Mac OS System Error

Has anyone seen this error? I get it almost daily. I am able to dismiss it and keep working, however, my machine will randomly reboot, citing some type of system error. Not sure if the two are related. Thank you!!

Error Message Startup MacOS Ventura 13.5 I always, starting up my iMac Pro, become the error message 'You shut down your computer because of a problem' while this is not true. Before I shut down my computer properly I always close all programs. But the next time I start up I become, again and again, the same error message while there are no applications running at all, not in the front, not in the back (I cleared the complete launch list). Anyone recognized this problem ? What more can I do ?

software update Updated my 13" Mac, 2017? Monterey 12.4 in July 2022. Error occurred. Choose the start up disk and wheel spins indefinitely. Every time I try to sign in it does this after about a half hour. End up with the spinning wheel of death!

MacBook start up error Every time I start up my MacBook it gives the error "Computer did not turn off properly blah blah blah" when it literally did turn off correctly. I have had my laptop for like over 2 years and this problem has only recently started happening every single time I turn it back on, not sure why.
