Apple audio share feature.
Do you need to have an internet connection to use this feature or does it rely on just Bluetooth?

It will depend where the music is being played from.
If it is a downloaded Song/Music then you won't require the internet but if it is not downloaded then you would require the internet.
This is similar to listening to music / song through Apple Music Subscription individually
