Airpods 3 buzzing noise while on call on laptop

When I am using Airpods 3 for call on zoom, teams and google meet on laptop I am hearing constant buzzing noise. Everything is fine with other Bluetooth headphones. I went to service center but they couldn't identify the issue because they were telling me that they can't install zoom and teams on mac and didn't provided any solution as it works fine with iphone. Currently using it with laptop's inbuilt mic but that's not a real a solution. Whole Airpods 3 lineup is facing such issue with laptops why there is no fix for it.
