As P. Phillips said, it is your choice, but you are the one who came asking for help.

It is like going to the doctor with an ache and refusing to answer his questions.

Etrecheck does not modify your mac in any way, and does not reveal any personal information.

It was created expressly to help users here help others by providing information about the mac hardware and software of the affected user.

It is used here dozens of times every day for this exact purpose. Your call.

You have remnants of "hola", which appears dubious.

There are also other stuff in the "clean up" section - this is stuff that was probably uninstalled but some pieces of it were left behind. These bits and pieces are not doing anything now, but by cleaning them we can have a clearer report.

One other thing of concern: using vpn, except to connect to workplace or school network according to the requirements and instructions, does NOT increase your security; in fact, quite the reverse:

Public VPN are anything but private

There is this thing "hola" - of which some part seems to have been uninstalled, but not all of it. This is suspicious. Its purpose seems to make it seem that you are somewhere else - presumably to access resources that would be geofenced. This can open the door to security issues (in fact it is just another sort of public vpn).

Very much agree with @Luis S evaluation and to add

1 - Applications/NordVPN.app also a VPN though better that most others but is still what it is - VPN.

2 -  Google Chrome 44.10 % (Google LLC) from the Top Processes Snapshot by CPU:. That application though popular is all well known to a CPU / Memory Hog and harvests your Data for Resale to the Highest Bidders

The are Alternatives without the Over-Head of Google --- > www.brave.com come to mind.

I have been remiss 😔 on thanking you 🇨🇦 for the Solved Designation earlier in this question

To add to above from @ Luis S - it has been reported by very reliable sources that even Apple Support ( the really Support from Apple ) has been reported to use this very same Application to Diagnose Computer Problems.

Again - your choice

There has been sufficient advise offered, by more than one Contributor, for the User to make an informed and educated choice what the next course of action is required for this computer.

The suggestions have been put forth on a volunteer basis, in good faith and in the best interests of the computer.

yes ..I have tried a few browsers ...for what I do I am constrained ...

FOR WORK

Opera is heavy and creates bugs for me ...

Brave doesn't work at all ...

Firefox isn't very good either ....

For work I use tools hooked up to amazon that only work on chrome ... so I only use chrome for work or safari for my stuff ... and firefox to check sites I don't use ..to see what they are .. so I avoid annoying cookies ....
