Unable to log into my iPhone with Activation Lock

Good afternoon, I can’t log in to my apple id after updating ios before that I bought an iPhone and logged into my apple id tell me how can I unlock my phone Thank you

If it's locked to a different Apple ID, log in with that one, or contact the person who can, or if you're the unit's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.

If it's become unbound from that Apple ID but is still locked, submit an unlock request.
