Caller ID showing up as Company not User

Anyone have an issue in which incoming calls are showing up as the Company Name not the Contact's First and Last Name? Have removed my mail (contacts are from corporate Microsoft O365 account), and re-added, rebooted device and have update to most recent OS

These are all coming from different types of phones with different carriers. Calling from a landline shows the phone number, the company name shows up from callers who are part of the address book. However, these contact are not stored on the ICloud rather though the company MS Exchange so it appears support will be limited for this query. I do appreciate the quick responses however, thank you very much.

Sorry, I should have provided more context, this issue is that when the users call from their own cells, not the company main line, it is showing the company field of the contact as the caller ID. This is happening with users internal and external to the company now so all users are now showing their company as the caller ID, even if we remove the company name from the company field in the contact, it still shows up as the caller ID. In the contact address book, when looking for the user by first name, it pulls the company name first

Is this with one company? If the phones were issued by the company, then it’s quite possible that the caller ID will be the company name. Have someone call a landline or VOIP number and see what is being sent in the CLID string. And are your contacts being saved as MS Exchange contacts or iCloud contacts? If it isn’t iCloud then Apple has no control over what fields are displayed in a contact.
