Hide my email never forwarded to my email on file

It sounds as though emails sent to the "Hide My Email" account you created aren't being forwarded to the email address of your choice. To confirm, have you verified the Forward To email address in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Hide My Email > Forward To? If not, make sure the correct email address has a checkmark next to it. You can also find these steps via the link below.

If the correct email address is selected, have you checked the spam or junk email folder for the Gmail account? If not, the forwarded emails may be delivered to the junk or spam email folders. You may have to move those emails to your inbox. Hopefully, these steps will help you troubleshoot why the emails aren't being forwarded to the email address of your choice.
