Two individuals with different phone numbers and phones sharing a single iCloud account

My wife and I have shared the same iCloud account for years without issues. However, recent improved upgrades to the IOS appear to cause iua to see more of the data from each other’s phone activity. How do we stop sharing our phone call history with each other?

The only way to stop it once and for all is to each have your own Apple ID. While it's possible to keep fiddling with settings every time Apple makes an update and kinda-sorta getting sharing an Apple ID to work for two different people, there's no guarantee it will keep working. Apple IDs are designed for use by one person.
