iPhone to android

Hey so I’ll try and make this quick and clear. My gf just switched from iPhone to android so her messages should be green now. Every once in a while it pops as blue? Is this an indication that someone is using her Apple id and if so can they still read our messages?

She needs to de-register iMessage from her Apple ID.


Deregister and Turn Off iMessage - Apple Support
