I’m using an iPhone 7+ after updating to the latest iOS I am unable to receive incoming and outgoing calls on all platforms ie: WhatsApp. How can I get this fixed?

if you can’t make or receive calls on third party apps you should to contact to that app developers: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

but if can’t make or receive calls on your iPhone by the default phone app See this article ☞ If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
