How do I get money back for a transaction I did not pay for?

I am looking at my bank statement and I see -$42.64 out from Apple. I just would like to know how can I get my money back because I did not pay for anything

If you're sure that those charges come from Apple (check your bank statement very carefully, ignoring scam messages that might be addressed to your iPhone), start reading this support page:--> Subscriptions and Billing – Official Apple Support, and check each of the first 3-4 sections.
