What cable do I use to connect from my Bose head phones using the 3.5 outlet to use with my iPad mini 4 tablet? What does the cord look like

No cord is needed. An iPad mini 4 has a 3.5mm jack built in. Just plug in your Bose headphones to that port.

I am using a Kingston Nucleum USB-C hub with my iPad Mini 6 and wanted to know if I can attach the Apple USB-C to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter via that hub or does it have to be connected directly to the iPad to function properly?
