does anyone know how to figure out the reason for sudden iPhone SE shutdown ? .... started after a year of use .
it doesn't give me any other problems .. i find it turned off and then i have to force it back on .....

Regardless, one of the first things I suggest you check is your phone's battery health. To do so, tap on Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
You may also find that performing a "hard" reset may resolve things, as well.
