AppleTVs Home Hub stuck in Standby

i have two Apple TV’s wired to network but show as Standby in my home app settings. Won’t allow me to make or adjust or trigger automation.

updated all appletvs and iPhone to 15.6.1

disconnected all from iCloud and reconnected. Hard reboots all around. No change.

Intranet access and intranet control working 100%. But home app shows home hub as not connected.

I disconnected and reconnected the home hub in home kit settings as well. No help.

made sure two factor authentication is on and keychain is on too.

at a loss, any help out there?

Factory reset both of them, one at a time, which fixed it.

seems like a bug following 15.6 update.

so currently one is connected and the other standby.
