iCal search is now restricted to only go back 365 days on all devices!

iCal search is now restricted to only go back 365 days! For whatever the reason, Apple tech’s confirm that this is the new iCal. The information is still in the calendar.

1) Does anyone know of away to override this arbitrary block of 365 days when the “Find” mode is used?

2) Can anyone recommend another calendar program that wouls accept an iCal export?

3) Know who at Apple would listen & change this policy?
