Your account is not Valid for use in the Canadian store

I just moved to Canada from Qatar and every time I try to change the region to Canada it keeps giving me an alert that says “Your account is not valid for use in the Canadian store. Switch to the Qatari store download app”. I have seen and tried different ways to fix but it still doesn’t work.
