Hi, kanesha113, to reset your password, assuming you don’t have an M1 mac, restart your mac and hold down the Apple/command key + R key together on startup. When you see a language selection screen it worked.. pick one and go on. Move your curson ( the arrow) to

the top center of your screen and click. You should see “mac os tools”… from there go to terminal, double click on it to get it going… type in “resetpassword”, all 1 word but without the quote marks, press enter/return on your keyboard and you’re in : main
