Macbook Pro indicates that it is charging, but doesn't go up.

My 2020 Macbook Pro all of a sudden doesn't charge. It got to a low battery so I plugged it in, and the lighting bolt appeared indicating that it was charging. However, the battery has been stuck on 11%. I have tried restarting my computer, resetting the SMC, using different USB-C cables, and cleaning the USB port, but nothing has worked. Optimized battery charging is already off. The laptop was purchased new and has had no issues up until this point. What do I need to do to fix this?

Troubleshooting Mac Charge:

Refer to the following....

A. Reset the SMC and your NVRAM:

(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only): Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. Updates), system configurations (i.e. for Power) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM. Try performing each thrice. It may take sometime, being certain you have the time to perform these resets.

B. Try a New Charger:

C. A Few Links to Refer to for Power:
