Apple Music on Android – Sync Library Issue

Hello! I have issue with Android app. It asks me for Sync Library and doesn't show my music, showing an error. I just subscribed to Apple Music and now I even can't listen to my songs.

I don't want to cancel my subscription. I want to solve this problem with not having access to my library because it shows that I should turn on "Library Sync" but i can't find it on my Android device.
