big thing in the middle of the screen
how do i fix it wont let me off the screen i tried pressing allow and dont allow but it doesent od anything please help

Try to do a force restart -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
Not sure if the problem is related to beta version iOS 16.
Installing iOS beta version is at your own risk.

iOS 16 version has not been released to the public, so you have to wait.
