I have already tested Itunes without install it from MS store.

Fortunately, i have found the ultimate solution :

--- Work on W11 ---

1 > Uninstall Itunes / Bonjour / QuickTimes / Apple support device / Apple mobile support ...

2 > Open a file browser in "%appdata%/..

3 > Delete all folder with names "Apple Computer", "Apple INC", "Itunes", ... on subfolder AppData/LocalLow, AppData/Roaming or AppData/Local

4 > Unplug your ipod device

5 > Reinstall itunes from Microsoft STORE

6 > Start Itunes

Itunes MUST ask you to agree licence.

If it's not the case you haven't completly uninstall Itunes

7 > Plug your Itunes and DON'T FCKING SKIP or close alert popup "Itunes must install a package to recognize your device ..." (if you skip - return to step 1)
