Unable to make or receive calls

Recently updated husband phone to iphone11 both our phones are on my account but can't make or receive calls to my iphone keeps saying call failed

Read again -> Related Article -> If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone

both our phones are on my account

See -> Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID

Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support

Apple recommends that you do not share your Apple ID.
