iphone keeps saying that my wifi password is incorrect

my mom's iPhone 5 was working just fine,

but three or four days ago mom handed it to me and said something was wrong with wifi,

it turns out that, even If that i knew for fact that the password is correct and after serval tries it keeps saying:

"incorrect wifi password"

I have gone through all the steps from force restarting the phone to resetting network Settings ..

but nothing Changed

  • The Wi-Fi network name, or SSID (service set identifier), is the name your network.
  • And every Wi-Fi network name has a Password.
  • So sign in in the router and check.
